Baking
If your student loves to create in the kitchen, then come join us for a fun day of baking! We will touch on how baked goods have changed over the years, discuss the basics of proper measuring and following a recipe, and talk about kitchen safety. Each student will mix and bake from scratch a personal mini cake to take home and enjoy. For the parents and younger siblings there will be a play area with fun food and kitchen toys, books and some yummy baked items to enjoy! The students will also take home a printed packet of helpful tips, resources and the cake recipe. Come whip up a delicious dessert to share with family and friends!
